100% Recycled
Using MicroPak MPX2 Poly bags that are 100% recycled as well as recyclable.
Reducing Waste
Reducing poly bag waste by using tray liners or grouping products in to one poly bag where possible.
FSC Sourced
Using FSC sourced paper tape for all of our packaging.
Biodegradable
Moving from silica gel packets to biodegradable, 100% natural clay desiccants.
Sustainable
Encouraging the use of recycled fabrics and component parts as well as looking for new more sustainable materials for use in products.
Offsetting Carbon Emissions
Looking closely at our carbon footprint as a company and giving back, by offsetting our unavoidable business carbon emissions by investing a percentage of our profits into planting at least 1-2 acres of trees per year.

We continually work with our partner factories to ensure social and ethical standards are met, including wages, safety and the working environment.
Our factories are audited to ensure compliance using Intertek or SGS to achieve WCA, SEDEX or BSCI status.
Furthermore, we regularly travel to China to ensure these standards are maintained at all times, giving assistance and solutions to areas that may be difficult to achieve.
Our open door policy allows any worker to voice any concern they may have and bring it to top management at any time. Our reward to this policy is that we have very little staff turnover in all our partner factories.
We welcome all our clients to visit our sites for factory inspections and take these occasions as an opportunity to show you the unique working relationships we have with our partners in the Kandoo family.

Kandoo Ltd is environmentally proactive and we are always looking at ways in which we can reverse our impact on climate change and reduce our emissions.
We are proud to announce our UK office is a certified Carbon Neutral Business.
Working with Carbon Neutral Britain we are now in our second year of offsetting our carbon footprint with their Woodland Fund, supporting reforestation and woodland management projects, with a strong focus on having a positive impact on wildlife, ecology and biodiversity.
Current projects include the Marston Vale Forest Creation, which has currently planted 2 million trees, with the aim to plant a further 5 million trees in order to achieve 30% coverage in the region of Bedford and Milton Keynes. Via sustainable tree planting practices and management, the trees planted by the project are estimated to capture 500,000 tones of carbon over its lifespan.
Another project is the Reforestation of Degraded Land in Uruguay, this is an ambitious plan to turn over 21,000 hectares of cattle grazing land into sustainably managed forest plantation. This project aims to help combat and restore the land to the original forest ecosystem whilst also having a positive impact on biodiversity and wildlife within the region.
